Ingredients

1/2 pound Linguine boiled
1/2 c. low fat sour cream
1/4 c. shredded Parmesean cheese
3 green onions sliced thinly
2 Tbl. favorite prepared pesto sauce
Chopped tomatoes to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients except pasta and set aside. Toss with pasta when boiled al dente. Enjoy as a side dish to any fish, chicken, or beef
