Ingredients

8 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz (3 tablespoons) white tequila
1/3 cup chilled sparkling water

Preparation

  1. Using back of a spoon, crush mint with sugar and lime juice in a short glass. Half fill glass with ice and add tequila. Top off drink with sparkling water and stir well.
