Ingredients

3 ounces dark rum
3 tablespoons lime juice
Sugar syrup to taste
1/2 cup crushed ice
Slice of orange
Maraschino cherry

Preparation

  1. Combine the rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a Delmonico (sometimes called a Whiskey Sour) glass and decorate with the orange slice and cherry.
