Ingredients

Crushed ice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon pineapple juice
1 1/2 or 2 ounces light rum
3/4 or 1 ounce dark rum
Slice orange
Slice lemon
Pineapple spear
Maraschino cherry
Mint sprig dipped in confectioners' sugar

Preparation

  1. Pack a 14-ounce collins glass two-thirds full with crushed ice. Add the fruit juices and light rum and stir until glass is frosted. Add the dark rum. Garnish the drink with orange and lemon slices, pineapple stick, cherry and mint sprig.
