Ingredients

2 ounces Pisco (Peruvian brandy)
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon egg white
3 or 4 ice cubes
2 or 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except the bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake very thoroughly. Strain into a sour glass and shake bitters on top.
