1 cup diced peeled fresh or frozen pineapple
1 cup diced peeled seeded papaya
1 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 papaya slices (for garnish)
2 pineapple slices (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Combine pineapple, papaya, ice cubes, pineapple juice, and vanilla in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses. Top each smoothie with papaya and pineapple slices and serve.
