Ingredients

1/3 cup sweet orange marmalade
1 tablespoon hot mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3 1/2 pound chicken pieces (with skin and bones)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    Step 3

Pat chicken dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast chicken, skin sides up, in baking pan until golden and just cooked through, about 30 minutes.
