Morning Energy Drink

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups fat-free plain soy milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1 cup carrot juice
1 small banana
2 tablespoons wheat germ or oat bran (optional)
2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

    In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.
