Lime Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 large shallot, minced
Zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 serrano chile, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Preparation

  1. Stir together all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and chill until needed.
