Ingredients

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Sauté garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve warm over broiled fish.
