Ingredients

1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
5 ounces strong hot coffee
1 tablespoon whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Rinse a wineglass with very hot water. Put the sugar, whiskey and coffee in it. Top with whipped cream or if preferred, float a tablespoon of unwhipped heavy cream on top.
