Horseradish Cream

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup prepared horseradish, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Spread can be refrigerated, covered, up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before using.
