Ingredients

1 avocado (preferably Hass), diced
1/2 tbsp minced red onion
1 tsp minced serrano chile
12 black or red grapes, halved
1/2 cup diced peaches (or mangoes)
Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Lightly mash avocado, onion and chile in a bowl. Mix in grapes and peaches. Add salt. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve with baked chips.
