1 large head of frisée lettuce (pale lacy leaves, available in the produce department)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the potatoes, bacon, and onion-kale mixture as in the master recipe, #150. Cook the green beans in salted boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes; drain.

    Step 2

    Combine the beans and potatoes in a large bowl with the kale mixture. Proceed as above, folding in the frisée last.
