Ingredients

1 large (about 8 ounces) 1 1/4-inch-thick New York steak
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler. Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Rub both sides of steak with cumin and cayenne pepper. Broil to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to platter and serve with Rajas.
