Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
