Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces gin
2 dashes grenadine
Dash Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon coconut cream
Dash curaçao
1/2 cup crushed ice
3 or 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. The coconut cream makes a delicious white foam on top of the drink and adds smoothness.
