Ingredients

1 8-ounce tub fat-free cream cheese
8 ounces fat-free vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup unsifted confectioners’ sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 cups sliced or chopped fruit, such as mango and strawberries

Preparation

    In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients except the fruit until completely smooth. Serve the sauce over the fruit or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
