Ingredients

1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup thinly sliced lemon peel (yellow part only)
1/4 cup thinly sliced orange peel (orange part only)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Triple Sec
6 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups strong hot coffee

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except coffee in large skillet. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Using long match, carefully ignite brandy mixture. Gradually pour coffee, extinguishing flames. Strain liquid into large glass measuring cup. Divide liquid equally among 8 demitasse cups and serve.
