Bottom of the Drawer Sweet-and-Sour Dipping Sauce

This is a terrific dressing for cucumber salad. Toss with 1 thinly sliced peeled seedless cucumber and 1 thinly sliced shallot or ¼ red onion.

Ingredients

4 packets duck sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon water

Preparation

  1. Combine the duck sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and water in a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
