This creative sandwich uses two leftovers: turkey and stuffing.

Ingredients

3–4 slices bacon slices
slice of cold stuffing
2 slices marble rye, toasted
Mayonnaise
Baby arugula
Sliced turkey
Tomato slices

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon in a small skillet until brown and crisp; remove. Pour off most of the fat in skillet; cook stuffing (packing together if needed) until browned on both sides and warmed through. Build sandwich with marble rye, mayonnaise, bacon, baby arugula, turkey, fried stuffing (standing in as middle slice of bread), and tomato slices.
