4 cloves garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
Pinch of dill seed
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 3/4 cups vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
