1 ounce strong coldbrew coffee
1 ounce Fernet
3/4 ounce amaro (preferably Barolo Chinato)
3/4 ounce Compass Box Whisky Co. Orangerie or Grand Marnier
1/4 ounce demerara simple syrup
Orange twist

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 ounce strong coldbrew coffee, 1 ounce Fernet, 3/4 ounce amaro (preferably Barolo Chinato), 3/4 ounce Compass Box Whisky Co. Orangerie or Grand Marnier, and 1/4 ounce demerara simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
