Ingredients

1 large red bell pepper
1 fresh green chili such as Anaheim or poblano
1 fresh jalapeño chili
1 large garlic clove
3/4 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Roast and peel bell pepper and Anaheim or poblano chili. Finely chop roasted pepper and chili. Wearing rubber gloves, seed and mince jalapeño chili. Mince garlic.

    Step 2

    In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
